“A University degree is by far one of the most important and
significant personal assets an individual can possess. But it should
never be the superior yardstick of measuring one’s qualification and
acceptability into public service. And under no circumstance should it
be used as leverage of one’s importance in any society. That honor
should be bestowed solely on the exemplary quality of the
moral contents of one's character. But a combination of both could
