It seems to me like we have a lame duck president who's powerless and voiceless to use the law of the land where and when necessary. Then again if his hands are not clean, it will be very difficult if not impossible to purge his administration of the corrupt officials within. What a shame to have a country like ours with so much potential languishing in darkness all these years!
