(A) Brazilian Government Built Power Plant of 120,000 MW in 3 Years with a Loan , which they paid back within 3 Years.
(B) South African Government gave out a Contract for 5,000 MW at just $3 Billion.
(C) While in Nigeria, the  PDP Government spent $17 Billion in 11 Years &
generate less than 2,000 MW.
