There's a reason why BUHARI got the loudest cheer from the audience during the Presidential debate: ACTION, or in this case, A SINCERE DETERMINATION TO TAKE ACTION, TRULY SPEAKS MORE VOLUME THAN EMPTY RHETORICS. BUHARI promised to take ACTION regarding the 12-16 billion dollars spent by the PDP government between 1999 and 2011 to provide Nigerians with adequate electricity without any notable result. Meanwhile, Ribadu in his opening response to the same question of inadequate electricity, said..... "Frankly speaking, it's not time of blame. The blame game should be over." What? Is this the same man who had always hammered on ACCOUNTABILITY? I must say that I was highly disappointed to hear him say that. It's now clear to me that, apart from BUHARI, no other candidate in the running to become our next President will endeavor to bring preceding administrations to book for their gross misappropriation of public funds and outright looting. And I, like all progressive thinking Nigerians, strongly believe that bringing them to book is absolutely imperative and crucial to restoring public confidence in our nascent democratic system. Well done BUHARI. You're truly a man of the people.
